Even though bloko is his online alias he has led people to think bloko is much more than that by promoting bloko as you would a product. One of the methods used by Bloko is posting stickers that say "Bloko" on them everywhere he wanders. He even had his car outfitted with Bloko vinyl stickers that look like logos of a brand name. His reasoning for this is just to stir up confusion he stated that "It just started with people seeing Bloko written on something of mine and asking what the hell a Bloko was. It's kind of funny to make people think of Bloko as a brand name or a household commodity, My ultimate goal for all this is to one day make someone look at all the self made Bloko propaganda and wonder what the hell Bloko is. I'm just waiting for the minute i see people with Bloko branded stuff i didn't make. I can't wait for Bloko to be the cool thing to wear and the rad thing to say and the jive thing to listen to. Basicly it's my personal jab at corprate advertising thats everywhere, And if i have my way Bloko will be everywhere too.".

Garrett is the co-founder of the independent record label Green Revolution Records along with long time friend Nick Lombardo. Green Revolution Records is based in Kingman Arizona and created out of need a way for the music from their small town to be heard. " The scene up here isn't much of one at all and we started this to change that. Basically you have the kids who are way into it and that's it. It's really small and limited to the people in the bands and a few friends of the bands. We really want to inspire bands to come out of the woodwork and if their good they can play shows we set up and maybe even get signed." (Garrett Davis)
Garrett is also the creator and maintainer of Bloko.Net which is used as an outlet to display his technical, creative skills and as an outlet for his voice and opinions to be heard.

Garrett has been in a few local bands and various projects lasting only days or weeks. The first band in which he was a vocalist for was Progress. Which included Mark Little, Sean Bresnahan, Garrett Davis. Robert Bennett and Daniel Jenkins where also in the band on and off as bass guitarists which Progress decided not to include. Only one demo tape and one show were ever to be had and the demo tape was lost.
Garrett is currently in Kotton Mouth Blowjob and Bloky Woko which is his personal Gabber/Hardcore project.
