Blowick Public House originally stood on the corner of Butts Lane and Norwood Road. It stood on the site now occupied by the Thatch and Thistle. Generations of my family occasionally frequented the pub which had a bowling green behind. Gornystege (talk) 08:20, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
