Blood law seems a perjorative term for a form of what English and European common law called "outlawing." PhilLiberty 22:17, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
I've reconsidered. After some research on Cherokee law and history, I've realized that the definition in the current article is inadequate, as it defines blood law soley in terms of its execution rather than who does the execution. PhilLiberty 20:48, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
