Talk:Blogged.com

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

What had changed since the last time this was CSD and then AFD'd? nothing as far as I can see. No reliable sources, this article should be deleted. --Fredrick day (talk) 00:04, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

Hello,

I previously added this entry into Wikipedia but it was deleted because there was not sufficient notability. However, I have added the references and external links to show notabiilty of Blogged.com to merit an inclusion into Wikipedia. Please let me know if my sources are sufficient to show notability as previously mentioned by Steve, a wikipedia administrator.

Thank you.

-Kenneth

none of them suggest notability to me. --Fredrick day (talk) 00:08, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

Hi Fredrick,

I've included the links on the References section. They are links to articles published by TechCrunch, Mashable, CNET Blogs amongst others.

Thank you,

-Kenneth

I don't think this is notable and will AFD it - secondly, you should not write about your own site. --Fredrick day (talk) 00:17, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

No talking about your own site on Wikipedia! I have been to the website I think it is a good site but this article:

1. needs sources 2. doesn't do the site justice

Thus I stand with Fredrick and say deletion. Skeletor 0 (talk) 00:19, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

Hi Fredrick, Skeletor 0,

I believe everything I have stated are facts and not opinions. I understand your concern and I am not hiding the fact that I am from Blogged.com. However, everything I have written in this article are factual and presents an interesting topic of "niche social networking" which is a major point of my article.

Sincerely,

I am sorry. I feel for you on this but I can't in good faith pass an article that I believe to be not neutral. It is not ethical and would insult everyone else who has had articles deleted for the same reason. Just remember that you are not in a good position to catch your own bias. (sorry I know that sounds bad but thats how it is.) Skeletor 0 (talk) 00:48, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
