No Retreat, No Surrender 3: Blood Brothers is an American-Chinese martial arts co-production released in 1990, directed by Lucas Lowe. While financed by Seasonal Entertainment, the film does not continue the story of the original No Retreat, No Surrender or the sequel, both directed by by Corey Yuen.

After their CIA agent father is killed, brothers Casey (Keith Vitali) and Will Alexander (Loren Avedon) are forced to put their differences aside as they hunt for the killer. The duo get close to Franco (Rion Hunter), a ruthless terrorist leader. Will, a karate instructor, joins a rogue terrorist organization and, in order to gain Franco's trust, is told the he must kill another CIA agent, who just happens to be his brother Casey. Together, Casey and Will fake the murder and devise a plan to get their revenge while uncovering Franco's plans to assassinate President George H.W. Bush.

This movie was released as Kick Boxer 2 in Europe. It was featured briefly in the film The King of the Kickboxers, which was also produced by Seasonal Film and, coincidentally, has been released as No Retreat, No Surrender 4 and Karate Tiger 4.
