Blood Games is a 1992 horror novel by Richard Laymon. It concerns a group of female college friends who go on an annual vacation together after graduating, each year to a different location of one of the women's choosing. This year they travel to the Totem Pole Lodge, a resort that was supposedly closed ten years earlier following a gruesome mass murder. Soon enough, they come to realize they may not be alone at the deserted spa when one of the women vanishes.
The novel employs a flashback structure alternating between present day events at the resort and the women's past, beginning when they met their freshman year in college and proceeding through their three previous reunions.
