Often these quizzes will include a posting component by Gigya. These Quizzes normally contain an image result. Some of the most popular sites that have blog quizzes are owned by MTV and Oxygen (TV network). Blog quizzes may be created entirely by the blog owner or can be obtained by third party quiz creation services in the shape of a link, widget, or embeded code. Sometimes a simple quiz made for friends will become viral.
Quizilla is one of the largest of these sites and has expanded to contain a huge community of users.
