Bliss Street

Rue Bliss is a street in the Ras Beirut area of Beirut in Lebanon. The street is named in honor of the American missionary, Dr. Daniel Bliss, the founder of AUB, the American University of Beirut.
Rue Bliss is is borderd on one side by the historic campus of AUB and on the other side, it is lined with many historical and commercial buildings that house cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as bookstores.
