Bliss Stage is a tabletop roleplaying game published by Ben Lehman of TAO games. The first edition, Ignition Stage, has been distrubuted by Indie Press Revolution.
It takes place seven years after most of the adult population of the world was rendered asleep and dreaming by formless aliens that appear in the dreams of the surviving children. The players portray teenaged mecha pilots fighting these aliens with an ANIMa creche, a device that creates mecha and weaponry out of a pilot's emotions.
Gameplay consists of a mission briefing (delivered by the Authority Figure, a surviving adult character portrayed by the game master), followed by the mission itself, and concluded by social 'interludes' between characters.
Interludes may increase the values for Intimacy and Trust between two characters. These values are used to determine the effectiveness of the weaponry that the ANIMa creche can create.
Bliss Stage has received several good reviews at RPG.net.
