Bling Kong
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Bling Kong is an indie rock band from New York City consisting of eleven members: three drummers, two guitarists, one Bass guitar player, one videographer, and four cheerleaders. The band is known for their sexual, but rock-driven, music with humorous lyrics. Its music has been compared to Peaches, The Go-Go's, The B-52's and Judas Priest. The band is also launching its own clothing line as well. In the fall of 2005, the band toured to promote its second album, Do The Awesome, on the Redder Records label.
