BLESTeNATION is a psychedelic alternative arena-rap group from MBugout City which is signed to Geffen Records.
MC's Various and Werdplay met at a house party in New York and decided to start a group. They later met and included Fafu as their resident DJ and producer. The music resembles a mix of rock and hip hop influences.[1]
BLESTeNATION has risen in popularity on the Internet, especially through MySpace and YouTube. The group has been on tour with Scarface and Erik Sermon and was on the Lyricist Lounge Tour and the Warped Tour. The group has performed shows with, among others, Ghostface Killah, Redman, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and has worked with Method Man, Kardinal Offishall, Page Hamilton and Travis Barker.[2]
