Blessed by a Broken Heart is a Christian metal band from Montreal, Canada that was formed in 2003. They are currently signed to Century Media. They first released All’s Fair in Love and War on Blood & Ink Records in 2004. It was mostly met with unfavorable reviews.^[1] In 2006 they toured in the United Kingdom with Enter Shikari. Their major label debut, "Pedal to the Metal", is to be released in 2008 on Century Media. "Pedal to The Metal" was recorded in 2007 by producer Gggarth. They spent 2007 touring the United States with Kittie, It Dies Today and Bring Me the Horizon.^{[citation needed]} They went to Europe with Bring Me The Horizon in mid January 2008 and then returned to the UK for a headline tour in February with Azriel.^{[citation needed]} They are currently part of the "Scream the Prayer" summer tour, with other notable Christian bands such as Impending Doom, With Blood Comes Cleansing, and War of Ages. ^[2]^[3]

Their CD "Pedal To The Metal" was leaked in its entirety onto torrent sites as of May 12, 2008.
