Most Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church is a parish of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Honolulu, located in Pauoa Valley in the city of Honolulu.
As early as 1938, the population of Pauoa Valley began to grow steadily. Msgr. Stephen Alencastre, SS.CC., Vicar Apostolic and Bishop of Arabissus, acquired land for the church, located near the intersection of Pauoa Road, Kaneali‘i Avenue and Lusitana Street, and close to Kawananakoa and Pauoa Schools. Msgr. Alencastre appointed Father Patrick Linnemann as director of development for the Pauoa Valley church. The church was designed by Honolulu architect C. W. Dickey.
