Blerim Rrustemi (born February 4, 1983, Vučitrn, Kosovo) is an Albanian footballer, who plays as a defender. He holds Albanian and Canadian passport. Even though he's born in Kosovo, like many other Kosovar-born players, he decided on joining the Albania national football team. His debut came in the friendly against the England B team. Rrustemi likes to play as a defensive mildfielder, but currently plays defense for FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt and national team.

As a youngster, he has attended and played for Weston Collegiate Institute high-school in Toronto, Canada. While in Toronto, he has played for the Toronto Supra in 1999-2000 and the Azzuri in 2001-2002 which are both teams of the Canadian Soccer League (CSL). He has also played for different Albanian teams in Toronto. He has played in South America for Portuguesa of Brasil 2000-2001 and Defensor Sporting of Uruguay in 2002-2003. From 2004-2006 he transferred to Europe to play for the well-known German team Borussia Mönchengladbach.
