"Bleed American" is the first track on Jimmy Eat World's album Bleed American (retitled Jimmy Eat World), this song was renamed "Salt Sweat Sugar" (the new title coming from the refrain in the chorus) after the events of 9/11 for fear that it might be misinterpreted. The lyrics mention Speyside.
