[edit] R Signals beret colour

Hi, I noticed you reverted my addition of the Scalys to the wearers of black beret. I must confess, I kind of expected it, since I wasn't sure of the state now, but my father, who served in the Sigs for 22 years, definitely wore a black beret, and the Army's own web site shows Signalmen wearing the black beret (unless the 'standard' blue is extremely dark?). See http://www.army.mod.uk/royalsignals/careers/wallpapers.htm

Now, I have no intention of putting any controversial stuff in, and it's more than likely that things have changed since old Pop's time in Sigs, and my own time with 1 Signal Brigade in JHQ in the mid '90s, but I just want to check, to make sure the version you've reverted to is correct. Cheers. Carre 13:09, 24 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] OE Alumni Refs

Great that you found all those. Awesome. Any chance you can go back in to the article, please and use {{cite web}} to get the formatting and references back on track? Fiddle Faddle 12:36, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

I had't forgotten Green Papers. I'm writing a book that refers to them right now. Good job, thanks. Any chance you might look at the entry I did for James MacKeith (on talk page or in article history) as an even fuller reference? Fiddle Faddle 13:15, 28 August 2007 (UTC)}
Looking good. Glad you picked up the cudgel to beat the refs into submission too. When were you imprisoned there? I was 65-70, Cr Fiddle Faddle 15:14, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Ratty Obit

Well spotted. Did you happen to be a contemporary? Fiddle Faddle 20:14, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

What the hell is your problem? Why are you so off-ish and rude in more ways than one? Police,Mad,Jack (talk · contribs) 17:39, 21 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Light Anti-Structures Missile

A tag has been placed on Light Anti-Structures Missile, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. [edit] Proposed deletion of Regional Training Centre

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Regional Training Centre, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Police,Mad,Jack (talk · contribs) 15:58, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
