My name is Alvin Johnson and I am a 14-year-old, ninth grader who uses Wikipedia for school and research and thus compelled to contribute to it.

Being a teenager in Wikipedia isn't easy, especially when everyone's out to get you presuming your a vandalizer. Nevertheless, I do contribute and do have good knowledge in computers and scripting languages like PHP or JavaScript and markup languages, such as HTML or XML. Now, about me...

I live in Norwood, New Jersey and I am a Indian American (Americans who originated from India). My parents came from Kerala, India, so I am a Malayali, and therefore my ethnic language (not my first language) is Malayalam.

I am a Pentecostal, a denomination of Protestantism. I attend India Christian Assembly of New Jersey, which is part of the India Pentecostal Church of God (IPC) organization. I am a republic, but open to better Democratics. Nonetheless, I oppose abortion, homosexuality, cloning, and so on.

I also like sports with baseball as my favorite sport. My favorite major league team is the New York Yankees. (Boston's going down!) I also like basketball (New Jersey Nets), but apart from that, not much
