I removed the proposal for deletion because I feel that Barbier is notable enough, even outside of LSU fans, to be included on Wikipedia. He is a current assistant coach for the LSU baseball team and that will be of interest to other college baseball fans around the country. However, to further his notable status, I included a line in the article about Barbier's years of playing professional baseball with the Chicago Cubs organization.
