[edit] Title

Should this article be re-titled Cork (Northside)? Montenotte and Tivoli are a long way from Blackpool.

Or we could remove the parts that are too far away. RJFJR 16:53, 11 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] People from Blackpool

Is Danny La Rue connected with Blackpool? I thought he grew up in Horgan's Buildings and the family left for England when he was 6.Durrus 12:03, 12 April 2007 (UTC)

He was definitely from the Barrack St area. I'd also question the inclusion of Christy Ring, who was born in and is more associated with Cloyne. I know he played for Glen Rovers, but did he actually live in Blackpool?195.73.119.90 (talk) 09:14, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
