Black hole appears to be a particular brand of cello endpin anchor. Not encyclopedic IMO.

Do I recall cello chat postings about the distinction of the Black Hole being the grippy composition of the side that faces the floor, making it superior to other non-tethered endpin anchors? Still, it is just one of many commercial variations on that theme. Just plain Bill 15:14, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
