Should it be added to Category:unfinished nuclear reactors, or didn't it even get as far as site works starting? Andrewa 07:28, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
Very little construction work was accomplished prior to project cancellation. The site was cleared and graded and the several photos I've come across appear to suggest that the two containment building foundation excavations were completed.69.146.105.131 (talk) 05:09, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
