Two lions: are reproduced on the door of Bab-Azzoun, symbolize the force.
The crescent: holder city of the values of civilization arabo-Moslem woman.
The feather: scientific and cultural development.
The sheaf of corn: the vocation first of the country, agriculture.
The wheel: symbolize industry.
