Although the picture is subject to copyright I (Kingboyk) feel and assert that it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution copy of a piece of art;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the art in any way;
no free alternative is available;
it is being used to illustrate an article which covers the piece of art in question;
it's low resolution means copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the artwork.
