Image of character from the .Hack series of video games and anime. It was scaned by me (Kazu-kun) from .hack//the vision artbook. The image has been cropped to make thumb captons and inclusion more acessible. Ultimate copright is owned by Bandai.

Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Kazu-kun) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution copy of a official illustration.
it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell any media of the franchise in any way.
it provides visual identification on BlackRose, the fictional character which is the subject of the article.
there is no free alternative depicting this character.
The copyright is held by the studio Bandai
