The Blaze-winged Parakeet (Pyrrhura devillei) is a species of parrot in the Psittacidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, and Paraguay. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests and subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
