Blas Pérez (born 13 March 1981 in Panama City, Panama) is a professional footballer who currently plays for Mexican side UANL Tigres. He is nicknamed Super Raton.

He made his debut for the Panama national football team in 2000 against Guatemala.

With Cucuta, Perez won the National Title in 2006 against Deportes Tolima. In 2007 Cucuta and Blas Perez made their debut in Copa Libertadores, in which Blas scored 8 goals, incluiding two against Argentina's Boca Juniors. His 8 goals were the second most in the tournament.

On May 29, 2007 Spanish Segunda División team Hércules CF signed Super Raton in a 4-year contract which they acquire 50% of player. It has been valued at $2.7 million US dollars, with Blas Perez earning 60 thousand dollars per month.

He played for Panama at the 2007 Concacaf Gold Cup, in which they were eliminated in the quarterfinas by the U.S. He ended up as Panama's top scorer, with three goals and one assist. Blas Perez was also named to the 2007 Concacaf Gold Cup " All-Tournament team".

On January 18 2008 he arrived to UANL Tigres [1] making this his 7th club in his career and first in Mexico.
