Blank Rome LLP (formerly known as Blank Rome Comisky & McCauley[1]) is a large law firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is ranked as the 84th largest law firm in the United States in terms of revenue, according to the AmLaw 100 Survey.[2] The firm has previously merged with two other firms: Wigman, Cohen, Leitner & Myers in 1998 and Dyer, Ellis & Joseph in 2003.[3] Blank Rome employs approximately five hundred lawyers, and has eight offices in the United States: Philadelphia; New York City; Cincinnati, Ohio; Princeton, New Jersey; Cherry Hill, New Jersey; Wilmington, Delaware; Boca Raton, Florida; and Washington, D.C. In October of 2006, the firm opened its first office abroad, in Hong Kong.
