[edit] Recent History

In 2003-04 was a successful cup campaign reaching 4 finals. They won only 1 of those which happened to be the County Senoir 'A'. Mass improvement can be seen happening at the club by looking at their last 3 season finishes. In 04-05 they finished 15th, 10th in 05-06 and 8th in 06-07. In the 2007-08 F.A Cup they reached the 1st Preliminary round, losing 2-1 at Grantham Town in a replay. They have also reached the final of the of the Lincolnshire FA Senior Trophy.

[edit] Lincoln Road

A clubhouse, which stands behind the near goal, was extended in 1984. That year also saw the club join the United Counties League, as Mirrlees Blackstone, although this was subequently changed in 1998 when the parent company pulled out of the town. On one side of the ground there is a pleasant looking wooden stand which has a some rows of benches and a mini terrace behind it. Trees on either side of the ground make Lincoln Road a very pleasant site, with a couple of smart dugouts opposite the stand on the far side. Floodlights were erected in 1989, along with a perimeter fence and other sundry buildings.
