Blackhawks Over Los Angeles is an album by Strung Out, released by Fat Wreck Chords on June 12th, 2007. The album features the song 'Downtown', which was available to listen to on the band's MySpace, but has since been removed. The band filmed a music video for the song 'Calling' for the upcoming album.

On May 8th, 2007 the song 'Calling' was released on the band's MySpace, and has received much positive feedback from fans.

The first 5000 copies of the album include a bonus song entitled "More Than Words".

Another bonus song is included with the iTunes release, entitled "Novella".
