Blackalls Park is a suburb of the City of Lake Macquarie in New South Wales, Australia, and is located immediately northwest of the town of Toronto on a bay west of Lake Macquarie.
[edit] History
Early industries were farming and broom-making.
In 1891, a tramway between Fassifern and Toronto opened, running through Blackalls Park. This became the Toronto railway line, but was later replaced by a bus service.
The primary school was opened in 1954. The lake surrounding blackalls park (also surrounding neighbouring towns) has been said to have a beautiful view, small creeks also are found near the lake.
