Black Photo Corporation

The Black Photo Corporation and its French-language counterpart Astral Photo, are a large Canada-wide retailer of photo-related products and photofinishing services. It is headquartered in Markham, Ontario and has 116 stores across Canada. As of October 29th, Reichmann Hauer Capital Partners (RHCP) have announced their purchase of the company. The firm owns Allan Candy of Canada as well is an equity partner in Minacs one of Canada's largest call center companies.
