Black Market Hero is a five person Alternative Metal band, comprised of members from the bands 40 Below Summer and Flaw.

Early before the five song demo, there was album called "6 Song Demo" that Black Market Hero didn't like and only gave to a few people:

5. Last Rights (4:44)
6. Daylight Savings (3:40)

"Popsicle" and "Daylight Savings" were later sold at concerts.

In 2006, Black Market Hero released a 5 song demo now available for purchase on myspace. The track list is:

4. Worship (4:45)
5. How Long (3:09)

In 2007, Black Market Hero released 3 more Demos:

Recently, on the band's Myspace all of their songs besides "Popsicle" and "Last Rights" have been made available to buy, with the addition of a new song, "Waiting in Exile."
