[edit] Music video

The music video was premiered on mtvU's fall edition of The Freshmen.[2] The clip then appeared on the video sharing site YouTube where it has since received over a million views.[3] It was shot in Chicago's Southwest Side in early August of 2007, directed by Joe Esquivel.[4] The video was hotlisted in the October 18, 2007 issue of Rolling Stone, described as follows.

The Chicago hip-hop crew's hard-as-pavement tune may do for BMX bikes what Lupe's "Kick Push" did for skateboards. And the black-and-white shot-in-the-hood video is as low-fi and stylish as the minimal Eighties beat.[5]
