Black Door is the first single by the band Scarecrow. Shortly after, the band switched labels to Zoth Ommog, where they became known as X Marks the Pedwalk.

Material from Black Door was played live only once, during X Marks the Pedwalk's first live show ever, where they opened for fellow industrial band Vomito Negro. At that time, X Marks the Pedwalk's releases included only this and their next single, Arbitrary Execution. The material from Black Door was remixed and rearranged for the above mentioned live show.
