Sequel to Celeste, Black Cat follows Noble/Celeste (forced to dress as her dead twin brother) and her daughter (also named Celeste) as they live their live in their secluded mansion with their crazy mother. Celeste jr has to be hidden away from the world until the mother cooks up a plot to seduce their neighbor(Fletcher) and then announcing that Celeste jr was an orphaned cousin. Fletcher is actually Celeste jr's grandfather as the father was his son, Eliot Fletcher (who found out Noble was a girl and raped her). At first, everything was happy when Noble's mother married Fletcher until the return of Fletcher's rebel daughter, Betsy. The ever scheming mother mixed up Betsy's birth control pills and following a fight with her father, Betsy left home again. Fletcher fell ill and died but not before Noble revealed who she was.
Betsy returned with a baby son named Panther and demanded Fletcher's inheritance but the mother was in control of the inheritance. Betsy was forced to succumb and obey her instructions, including doing household chores. However, her old personality resurfaced and she befriended a band member. Betsy gained the upper hand when she tried to seduce Noble and found out she was a girl. She threatened to bring the fact public and in a fight, the mother fell down the stairs and suffered a stroke. Noble had to take care of the mother and while preventing Betsy from throwing hot water at her mother, Noble snapped Betsy's neck and killed her. Her mother continued to deteriorate and died the following day. Noble and her daughter were separated and placed in foster care.
