Black Bear Reserve

Black Bear Reserve is a golf course community in Eustis, Florida. It is composed of roughly 5 or 6 communities. It is bordered by Lake Norris Road and Burlington Avenue. It used to contain The Glen, a community, until it broke off after upsurges of demands. The population is estimated at over 1,500 residents. It originated in 1998 from the Black Bear Golf Club.
