- 8300 - Base model has neither GPS or WIFI
- 8310 - Built in GPS - AT&T version is available in either red or titanium
- 8320 - Built in WIFI - T-mobile versions have the ability to make phone calls over an 802.11b/g network (UMA)
- 8330 - CDMA Version with GPS. (Available in Canada through Bell, Telus, and SaskTel; avaiable in the USA through Alltel, Sprint, and Verizon)(The GPS on the Verizon version is only accessible through VZ Navigator for $10/month.)
