The Black-winged Ground-dove (Metriopelia melanoptera) is a species of bird in the Columbidae family. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland.
