The Black-hooded Sierra-finch (Phrygilus atriceps) is a species of bird in the Emberizidae family. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland.
