The Black-crested Finch (Lophospingus pusillus) is a species of bird in the Emberizidae family. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Uruguay. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry shrubland and subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland.
