The Black-collared Bulbul (Neolestes torquatus) is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Neolestes. It is found in Angola, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Rwanda, and Zambia. Its natural habitat is dry savanna.
