Bjørnskinn

Bjørnskinn is a former municipality in Nordland county, Norway.
Bjørnskinn was separated from Dverberg January 1, 1924. (Andenes was separated from Dverberg the same date.) At this point Bjørnskinn had a population of 1.410.
On January 1, 1964 the three municipalities were reunited to form the new municipality of Andøy. Before the merger Bjørnskinn had 1.835 inhabitants.
