[edit] Edit conflict on Bizzarrini article with User:Olczyk
Hi, I noticed that you had come into edit conflict with Olczyk on the Bizzarrini article, and he ended up making a legal threat and getting blocked.
He complained to the unblock-en-l mailing list. He was upset and didn't understand what had happened.
While it's true that he was violating Wikipedia policies in several ways, we also have a policy Please don't bite the newcomers. With new accounts, we ask that all editors spend more effort to discuss problems and educate each other, rather than necessarily calling in the cavalry even in the case of policy problems.
While your account is pretty new, you also seem to be editing in ways that look like you're an experienced Wikipedia editor. We do encourage and expect experienced editors to respect the don't bite newcomers policy and try to help newcomers out. If my assumption that you've edited before and you weren't aware of the WP:BITE policy is incorrect then I apologize, and encourage you to read up on it and our other policies.

[edit] Bizzarini sources edit
Hello,
I have only edited the first position in the section Sources, e.g. "Bizzarrini chassis numbers database". I made two changes there:
1)removed a rather lengthy sentence saying something like "I followed your conflict with Mr. Olczyk and I think you are wrong because everyone knows that he is the best Bizzarini specialist in the world" (or something similar, I don't remember the exact words) - I found this comment unnecessary and inappropriate, especially considering the doubtful reputation of Mr. Olczyk :]
2) Changed the displayed name of the site from "displayed name" to "classicscars.com"
I haven't touched the rest of the sources, since I didn't have time. However, I agree with you that some of them could be removed, including the classicscars.com site, which I have just done.
