I draw my biggest and most major influence from the progressive, power thrash metal band, Iced Earth. But even more specifically, from their guitarist/main songwriter, Jon Schaffer. I find it funny that my biggest influence is a guitarist. But in the end, it leads back to bass. Jon Schaffer's 2 biggest musical influences are Steve Harris of Iron Maiden and Gene Simmons of Kiss. Both the bassist. But if I was to talk about biggest BASS influence, mine would easily be Steve Harris. I just love his style of playing.
