A more standard transcription of standard Arabic would be Bitaqat Hubb (but I have no idea about Morroccan dialect pronunciation). AnonMoos 05:05, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
- All quite true, but I'm going on the transliteration preferred by the sources, which is this one. To give the transliterators credit, the recording I have of the song has a sound which I'd put as halfway between the "kh" and "ḥ" consonants, which could easily be a dialect thing. It is indeed extremely unfair that this song didn't score better. It should have been among the first 3 by points that year, if true musical experts were to decide (and not some political games). The song is truly beautiful and full of emotions, perfectly composed and performed, simply unforgettable and unique...
