Hi! I just thought that I'd give you a quick welcome, and let you know that your concerns in regard to User:Pamlico 140's block have already been raised by another editor with the blocking admin. Hopefully it will be taken care of soon. Pamlico 140 can also appeal the block at any time - I'm not sure how the appeal would work out, but as I gather the user isn't connected with the kayak beyond owning one, it may well prove to be ok. Otherwise only the username is blocked, and thus a new account under a different username would be perfectly ok. The description on the discussion page of "permanently blocked" isn't really accurate. - Bilby (talk) 02:35, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
