From June 16- December 16, 2003 in Lyceum of Aparri he took up 6 Months Caregiver Course

From 1999-2003 in San Sebatian College-Recoletos he graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technolgy

From 1995-1999 in Sacred Heart Acdemy Lupao, Nueva Ecija he finished his Secondary Education

And from 1989- 1995 in Lupao Central School Lupao, Nueva Ecija he finished his Elementary Education

He has a compassionate personality. He support and advice his friends and family. He is a listener, always available to lend an ear or a shoulder to a friend in need. Louwie is incredibly attentive. Sometimes though. In private, he worries a lot.
