Template talk:Bismarck-Minot TV
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Please understand the multicity nature of this television market. Referring only to the Bismarck callsigns in the template is inappropriate; this market can best be described as a set of regional networks, as the template presently indicates. --AlexWCovington (talk) 05:08, 9 March 2006 (UTC)
I took Raccoon Fox's idea of splitting the stations by what city the target used in the Fargo/Grand Forks market template into the Western North Dakota market template.--grejlen - talk 21:25, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
- This is completely unmanageable (The Fargo/Grand Forks box is as well). Breakdowns by city are only appropriate where there is one city to be broken down. If the TV boxes are to be broken down by DMA instead of by city, then the regional networks listing should stand, the callsigns are virtually meaningless outside of that context. --AlexWCovington (talk) 23:08, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
