Bishop of Melanesia

The Bishop of Melanesia was the head of the Diocese of Melanesia from 1961 until the inauguration of Church of the Province of Melanesia in 1975. In that year the office was replaced by the Archbishop of Melanesia and regional diocesan bishops.
