The Bishop of Clogher is the Ordinary of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Clogher. The current bishop is the Most Reverend Dr. Joseph Duffy, who resides in the town of Monaghan.In early manuscripts the Bishop was styled Bishop of Oirialla.

The diocese covers much of south west Ulster, taking in most of Fermanagh and Monaghan and parts of Cavan, Leitrim and Donegal.
